All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We aim to get orders as soon as possible, very rarely it will be 7 business days, this is just incase we have any unexpected delays.

All products are in stock and ready to ship. We do not make to order so wait times are reduced.

Please be aware of current delays to some postal services.

If for any reason your parcel doesn't arrive, We cannot look into this until 10 working days from dispatch so please bare this in mind. If this time has passed and you still have not received your parcel please send an email to and we will do our best to get this resolved for you in a timely manor.

Free local collection is avaliable after you receive your order confirmation email, We will send you another email once your order is ready to collect with instructions on how to do so. If for any reason you do not recieve this email please do check junk folders or contact us for information
